As the Head of Radio and Podcasting at NMT College, Phil has spent over 11 years developing the next generation of media talent, demonstrating his commitment to the growth and success of the industry.


As the Managing Director of Ramp Media, Phil is dedicated to leading the team towards achieving exceptional results for clients, ensuring that they stay ahead of the curve in the constantly evolving media landscape.
